The recent replacement and resiting of our boiler and oil tank (ageing and crumbling respectively) prompts me to write in appreciation of your team. Throughout what could have been a messy and disruptive ordeal, they remained focused and organised. The various inevitable difficulties were confronted calmly and dealt with without fuss.
